The goal was to design a compelling email strategy to educate and engage subscribers, sparking curiosity and driving interest in their innovative product line.
The approach
We developed and optimized Jung’s Welcome Series, a sequence of 8 automated emails, using Klaviyo. The focus was on delivering educational content that seamlessly aligned with their brand’s unique voice and aesthetic while driving conversions.
The client’s emails were content-rich, which posed a challenge in presenting the information in a visually appealing and engaging way. We tackled this by restructuring the layout to keep the content digestible
We created a smooth, guided flow for each email so the info was easy to digest, ensuring subscribers stayed engaged from start to finish.
The results
The redesigned Welcome Series not only improved engagement but also contributed to a noticeable lift in conversions on Klaviyo.
