Kuppy offers a unique product and sought to redesign its entire customer experience to engage and excite its audience.
The project
Kuppy launched with an innovative solution for drying drinkware, and our goal was to showcase this through an enhanced, user-focused design experience.
The approach
With conversion rate optimization (CRO) in mind, we redesigned Kuppy's Shopify store based on a custom Figma design. The result was a fully custom-coded, responsive store within Shopify.
We emphasized social proof at multiple touchpoints throughout the site.
We ensured the entire customer journey was seamless and fully responsive across all mobile devices.
The results
Following the launch of the redesign, we tracked customer behavior, and over the next three months, Kuppy saw an 11% increase in conversion rate and a 10% boost in average order value (AOV).
